Water Can be Destructive
Vancouver and the Lower Mainland is blessed with clear, pure water that comes from our abundant rainfall, which flows from our reservoirs to our homes through the GVRD's delivery system. We are very protective and proud of our water supply; however, we are now aware that this wonderful water brings complications that were not anticipated during the enormous growth of our region in the late 60's through to the mid 80's. Our water is acidic, not a lot, but ever so slightly. The water that flows through the copper pipes, the material of choice in most buildings, is slowly eating the pipes away from the inside. Nowhere is this problem more evident than in multiple dwelling residences, low and high rise apartments. A leak on the 15th floor of a high rise condominium building can have devastating consequences to many residents on the lower floors.

Controlling Your Water's Path

Brighter Mechanical is a leader in repiping high and low rise apartment buildings in the Lower Mainland. We offer a unique service approach where we systematically and efficiently replace the water system in your entire building. Our 'niche' expertise helps us tackle our client's concerns as we work with them to mitigate any inconveniences.

The Brighter Way
At Brighter Mechanical, we know that having someone in your home, even for a couple of hours, upsets your schedule and makes "one more thing" for you to handle in this busy world. It is our mission to make life as easy as possible for you and feel that one way to do that is through communication. When we repipe a building the residents will know every step of the way - what we are doing and when we will be in their suite.

When we start a repipe on a building, we host a wine and cheese information meeting in the lobby.
We introduce our staff to everyone in the building, explain what they can expect, and address any concerns they may have.
When the work begins, we give all residents a minimum of 48 hours notice before we enter their suite.
All Brighter Mechanical's employees wear uniforms for easy identification and security, and are friendly and courteous when handling any of your concerns.
